The fruits and vegetables available in our app are sourced directly from farmers.

We only accept offline and online payments currently.

We offer COD to make your life easy. Simply place your order with us and pay for it when you receive your goods at your doorstep.

There is no minimum order value for delivery. However, we do charge 4 for delivery if the order amount is below ₹100.

We received the orders the first day and then deliver orders the next day between 09 am to 12 pm.

Once an order is placed online, after confirmation, the products are picked and packed, checked for quality, physical condition, etc., and then sent for delivery. Once the order leaves our house for delivery, then you will receive a notification in your app. In case of any changes in the delivery schedule or ordered quantity, you will be notified.

Yes, you can track the status of your order under the My Orders section.

Once the order is dispatched from the house, a notification will be sent on your App. In case of non-availability at your residence, our Delivery associate will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. If you will unable to reach so our associate will try to deliver your order to your safe place.

No, you cannot modify your order once it has been placed.

Currently, we do not offer this facility.

We would request you check the products while accepting the products during delivery. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return those products to our Delivery associate. You will be required to pay the amount only for the products accepted by you.

As the products we sell are perishable in nature and have a limited shelf life, we cannot process any refund requests after delivery unless it is a genuine quality defect.

In case you would like to cancel the order for some reason, you can send us an e-mail or whats app on the ‘Contact us page with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation. No return or cancellation is possible after accepting delivery.

In a rare case, where products ordered by you are out of stock, we would be providing substitutes for the product unavailable. The substitute will be of similar quality.

In the event of a delay, our delivery team will keep you updated about your delivery.

No, there are no hidden charges. However, we do have a variable weight pricing.

You can log in to Your Account and view the invoice on your order in the My Orders section.

We are currently operating in Gurgaon and will roll out to other cities soon.

We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can input your address details to check if we deliver in your area.
